iGEN Knowledge Solutions was formed as an optimistic response to the Y2K angst and DotCom disillusionment of the year 2000. Co-founders Stephen Ibaraki and Dave O’Leary maintained a passionate belief that iT and the internet combined with the power of shared Knowledge relationships and innovative business strategies could GENerate powerful global economic and social development Solutions. iGEN Knowledge Solutions was formed to bring together proven technical, business and socially responsible leadership to focus on the utilization of technology and strategic business innovation within a triple bottom line business model. iGEN’s optimist model is based on the belief that technology is a tool to be used with innovation and strategic business modeling to lead economic success. iGEN further believes that the corporate economic benefit derived from this success is a tool to be used to contribute to global social development.
