Stephen Ibaraki, a founding member of iGEN, is a multiple Lifetime/Career Achievement Award and founding Fellow-honour recipient and IT Hall of Fame inductee for his outstanding contributions to Information and Communications Technology as an international executive chairman, founder, noted author/writer/podcaster/blogger, researcher, educator, entrepreneur, speaker, and acknowledged global leader. Ibaraki sits on the boards of numerous international groups known for excellence.

Dave O'Leary BA Ed, Dip Ad Ed, MEd, I.S.P., ITCP/IP3P
Executive Director
Dave O'Leary's commitment to excellence, professionalism, and corporate social responsibility was fundamental to his co-founding iGEN. Dave is currently CIO of a Community College in British Columbia. He is the elected Chair of the National Council of Deans of Technology and a Director on the Board of the National Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC).

DerekNobuyuki Wallace brings over 17 years of experience with web technology development, software architecture and engineering, and information systems technology to iGEN's executive team. Wallace's research in educational technology and cross-cultural knowledge management closely align with iGEN philosophy and commitment to learning

Chief of Business Development and Operations
Shaun O'Leary brings 7 years of business development experience to iGEN from various industries. Having experienced success in the fields of skill trades, construction and music, Shaun is a well rounded executer of innovative business strategy. iGEN and it's partners benefit from his ability to realize and develop mutually beneficial business relationships. In his roll as Chief Business Development Officer, Shaun finds enormous satisfaction in seeking and developing relationships that fall into the environmentally and socially responsible iGEN value platform.
